Hi Guys,
I'm Hayley, and I have been working as a support worker for people with special needs for 10 years, it was my first ever job!
I have worked in a large residential setting, and also more recently, a 24 hour support worker living in and managing a smaller home for 3 special people.
As well as many other relevant qualifications I've gained over the years, I have achieved my NVQ 3 (Senior level) in Health & Social Care, so you can be rest assured that I am qualified in my work, and I continually try to improve, so I can use my abilities to enhance the lives of those I work with.
I have travelled far and wide, with large groups many times, we’ve been places as far as the Caribbean, and as local as Butlins, and always had a fantastic time!!

My name's Mandy, and I have worked with special people for 13 years, I have been a registered manager and Supporting People manager of a residential home.
'I have gained my NVQ 4 in Health & Social Care, (management level) which has helped to bring out the absolute best of my ability, this in turn plays an important role in improving the lives of the people that I work with.
Over the past 13 years I have travelled all over Europe, supporting large and small groups of people on their holidays, with my aim, to provide support to enable the group to have an enjoyable, exciting, and memorable time, where ever we are, what ever the weather!!
So, bringing our experience, and knowledge together we make a brilliant team! But most importantly we know how to make your holiday dreams and aspirations a reality.
Our Risk Management training also enables us to provide you with not only a fantastic holiday, but also one that is as safe as possible.
